If you like meat you are in for a treat. Extensive meat eating menu all within an old converted butchers shop. Very fun, very french and simply cooked and executed. It's all about the meat. Pate and bone marrow to start were delicious and rich. Veal chop and duck breast for main were tasty all served with chips and salad - pretty much cooked really well. Excellent selection of wines from Bordeaux and other regions. This won't be to everyone's taste but it was mine

What a great place to dine when you're in Bordeaux. The guy running the place was a true gentlemen and always served with a smile. He helped with choosing dishes and wines. Food and service was great! Highly recommended.

Excellent flesh-centric supper.A truely outstanding restaurant experience from the location (off the beaten track) to the interior (nonchalant bistro) to the hospitality (calm, warm, experienced).Oysters brilliant and tartare very good - menu full of wonderful sounding things. Go in a group so you can taste plenty!

A charming restaurant behind the Marché des Capucins. The interiors are typical of a quaint traditional french bistro.The duck is tasty, succulent and cooked perfectly. The chips are well seasoned and very crispy. The proximity to the market also ensure that produce is fresh!

Found this place as we were looking for somewhere to eat around the markets and had one of the best feed in Borduex. The interior itself is bistro and very cute and service was friendly. No English menu here and I got the grilled duck as a main and the portion was substantial and meat was cooked to perfection.

The most wonderful meal and experience. Every single plate we had was outstanding, the waiters were so friendly and the atmosphere was bubbly on a Saturday night as everyone tucked into their plates.
